variable width options?

I'm looking for a variable width template that isn't too busy.
Some of the templates indicate they're variable width capable but the demo shows them with substantial left/right columns centering the content. Does anyone here have any simplistic rocket theme template they're using that supports a variable width, and is a clean professional look and feel for a "news" oriented site?

- You can make most, if not all, of the RT templates variable width using a variety of ways, depending on the template - if by variable you mean automatically adjusting to the width of the viewer's screen. Check the configuration information in the template demo. I've made Versatility 4, Chromatophore, Simplix, Equinox, and others variable (fluid or 100%) width.

Yep. thats exactly what I was thinking and didn't know what the proper term was. Thanks, I'll go take a look. It seemed like screencaps were shown at 100% width but the demos were being reduced, so I didn't know if it was a design option without hacking at the CSS.

SolarSentinel was the only template released, where you couldn't set the widths of everything (including fluid width, which I personally hate and will never use) in extensions-->template manager-->RT template of choice.
If you go to the above in your Joomla back end, you can set your widths easily, for every RT template except SolarSentinel, I believe.
