I have a module that is like that that I can look up for you later...it is an age verification/slash kind of splash page you can customize. So, you wouldn't even need the index.html and it would work no mater where the customer enters your site. You can set it to once or every time etc...
If your feeling froggy go do a search on JED for age verification modules and see what they have, as I might be a while finding it. Some times you got to think outside the box.
And probably not a good ideas to share with us your favorite porn site...we don't want to know.
