Hi Guys,
We've got a massive problem with our website www.mugsgalore.com
when you type in the url www.mugsgalore.com nothing loads however www.mugsgalore.com/index.php is working fine
firefox is reporting that "the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."
The site seems to of somehow got stuck in a redirect loop that has come from somewhere
does anyone have any ideas thoughts on this? im assuming that it has something to do with the htaccess files???

Has this issue been solved. I am having the same problem at

I get the "redirect error". This problem occurs in ALL the browser if you are not logged in. If you are logged in then it works in every browser except Chrome 5.0.375.55. I have checked it in IE8, FF 3.6.3, Safari 5.0, Opera 10.53, Netscape 9.0.0.4 and Flock 2.5.5. I installed the template using the RocketLauncher. The demo worked fine. I have added a screenshot of the problem although this seems to have been a recurring issue. I uninstalled and did a reinstall and the problem still occurs. If anyone has a solution it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes we solved this one a while ago but I dont think the problem with ours is related to yours unfortunately.
Our problem was to do with the plug in jredirect. If you leave a blank line in the plugin parameters under the Special URLs and their destinations section then things go a bit crazy & we got the problem in my 1st post!!
