- This may be a dumb question, but is there a place where the sites base href is defined? I thought this was displayed in the Global Configuration on the Server tab. But in 1.5.15, I'm not seeing it. I have an article link that is trying to local the article from C:\wamp... instead of using http://localhost... Any ideas? Thanks!

in your joomla admin please take a look under
> help > system info > configuration file ...
there is a setting for $live_site which comes from the file configuration.php located in your joomla root folder.
