Needing help with the setup of Joomla (Willing to send $150)

Hey what's going on everyone. I am seeking out a Joomla Pro who is willing to spend a little time in the setup of the Joomla content and graphics on my site. A friend and I started a small entertainment company here in Austin, and have purchased some RocketTheme layouts. The Joomla is currently installed on the host servers, and quite frankly, I don't have the time to figure out every little detail about Joomla. Here is what I am looking for:

I have installed the Iridium template on the site (will possibly setup 1 more just for shits)
I need all the modules/plugins/graphics loaded up perfectly so I can just go back and change the graphics/content as needed. --> We will have users, and they need to be able to upload videos/pics of events
The navigation of all of these is very complicated, I am looking for someone to help explain the ins and outs of all of this.
Preferably...the person doing this will have skype so I can talk and learn what is going on at the same time. I am looking to pay you for your time, as well as learn something from this. I am far from a computer novice, just new to Joomla and looking for some direction.
I am very serious about this post.... Please reply with a portfolio, or examples of other joomla sites that you have done in the past.

You might want to check out the Joomla Freelancers at

I've ran into a couple complicated issues. Problems solved quickly and cheap. As always, do your due diligence prior to picking out a freelancer to do your project.

Well Cole, I thought I'd answer your request, "Just for shits" and point out that, "Downloading and Installing the Rocket Launcher version of the theme of your choice (this would include the Iridium, you mentioned) Would give you a perfectly great working copy of the demo.. ready for you to 'change the graphics and content as needed' - Attach as needed the PHPBB3 theme of your choice.. (Joining the clubs is at your own expense) would give you a place for the users to upload and comment on 'the events'.
If you've done 'anything' with Joomla, you won't have a bit of trouble - but if you're willing to throw $150 - gosh!.. I love money! Good luck in your endeavor..
