Cannot save new Cateogry in MC 1.6.1

I'm using 1.6.1 and getting the same issue as others in this thread. When I'm attempting to modify a category (such as changing spelling) I'm not able to save changes or exit by clicking on any of the save or cancel buttons. I love the template otherwise but during site development I'm working with categories quite a bit and this is forcing me to revert to stock admin templates.

- I am also unable to save new categories on J1.6.3 with MC1.6,1. On a fresh install it will work fine for a couple of categories, then stop working entirely...clicking any button after trying to save the category locks everything up completely. No new modules, plugins, etc were installed in the interim that might be the culprit. Switching over to Blue Stork everything works fine and I'm able to save new categories - 2-3 categories seems to be all that will work with MC.

Guys, first i split this off another unrelated thread.
Second, i've tried to replicate this but am so far unable. I've just created 10 new categories of various configuration and even gone in and modified some existing categories. All no problem.
Ca you give me some idea as to which browser you were using? I was using chrome.

I maybe be able to provide some feedback here to what maybe causing the issue of saving categories using MC template...
I too had this problem...
When I have RokPad set as editor I cannot save or exit the new category screen.
If I select a different editor the problem goes away...
