Broken "Add Note" Graphic

As you can see from the attached, I'm seeing a broken "add note" icon in the user manager.
This is trivial - the functionality isn't impaired - but I'm enjoying looking at MC so much that it really stands out.
Since the site is in the playtime stage of development, I've created a superuser "test" with password "test" if you'd like to take a look.

In User manager the note_add_16.png icon is missing form the folder administrator/templates/rt_missioncontrol/images/admin/
so you get text only
I just copied it from Bluestork and it worked fine.

Ooops… You know I actually spent a few seconds examining the page looking for such a function, but didn't see it because of (no offense intended) the typographic mess surrounding it, which so resembles an ad that my eyes slid past it, looking for actual content.
Might I suggest some tasteful buttons that look like interface?
