I am doing a website for a local property management company. I have two mockups put together. Which do you like better? Why?
Thanks in advance.

I worked in real estate for over 2 decades. "Image" is everything in that business.
For most people, buying, selling, or renting a home can be a drudge. Cheerful colors represent "cheerful" people. WOMEN (the ones who actually DECIDE these things) want perky, enthusiastic agents who'll dive in and get excited "with" them when they are looking for a home. In fact, they want a "friend" along for the ride to advise.
However, if I were in the "business" or looking for commercial property, I'd prefer the one on the left. The goals and the demeanor called for are entirely different. The example on the left would be terrific for a company dealing in commercial leases and sales, who are all about image, prestige and professionalism. They are ALL about MONEY.
The one on the right would be perfect for an agency centered on finding a family the perfect "home." People want, warm, friendly, and honest. The right feels more "family" oriented.
I agree the body color should be a darker blue. It will provide a better contrast to emphasize the content.
Just a thought: You could split the site and use both. One for commercial and one for families.
In the end, the clients will decide no matter what you, or I, or anyone else thinks.
P.S. Not knowing your target market makes a bit of a difference. Both of your designs are top notch!
