    • i want to have 3 colums on my home page within the artlcle.
      Not links to other articles...

      an example of what i want is taken from a screenshot from a site not linked to my project but the idea is there!
      This image is hidden for guests.
      Please log in or register to see it.


      I dont want it to be lists like on the temlpate page.

      how can i do this please and is it even the right place to post this message?

      I am using the yummy reflex template.

    • edit the article as HTML then create the boxes as DIV's with inline CSS.

      OR create the DIV's with id's and then edit the templates CSS and set the properties.

    • w3 has both a tutorial and code snippets you can learn from. If your planning a CSS implementation you'll have to edit/create a CSS file. In other words, its not as simple as switching the editor in Joomla to HTML and pasting some code in. You could include the styling in the html but it would look as pretty... Ok I really don't care about pretty but its worth getting familiar with the CSS formatting.

      (Example 8 is basically what you want minus some outside borders)
