Was there a specific template you wanted to add the texture to? An easy way would be to add a CSS class with background-image for one of the lower positions. Several of the RocketTheme template use such a method by adding a background to div.rt-footer-surround that contains the bottom and footer positions.

Thanks for the info, I am using the Momentum template and see who they did the top but didn't know exactly how to do the bottom, the site is to dark and wanted to lighten the bottom up a little bit. I'll look at some of the other templates and see if I can get the code to work on the site. I at least know what to look for now thanks again!

That changed the footer but not the background surrounding it, I'm trying to get the bottom to look like the top with the pattern here is the site if you get a chance to look at it.
