ngnix, iphone and the tachyon template

Hopefully, you can help with this interesting question.
I stumbled upon a problem with my tachyon1.5 iphone template for www.peelparamedics.com
It takes me to a 403 forbidden nginx page. No matter. I'll get that resolved somehow.
But when I googled for the peel paramedics page result and clicked it, it saw a redirection link for a .ru website which is likely bogus.
What file or where or how does rockettheme files control redirection to the iphone templates? I'm looking secondary htaccess file that may be hacks but wondered if there was something else that turns iphone template on/off.
