Any Suggestions For Interactive Map?

I am developing a site for a company that manufactures products which are sold in stores all over western Canada. They want an interactive map of all the locations of dealers carrying their stuff. I know HTML, CSS, a bit of Flash, and Joomla, but not Javascript. Here is the link to the existing system I have:

Any suggestions for how I can go about doing this?

- As far as I can see form the example web site this is done using Flash. I guess that you will have to code similar solution in Flash also
