YooLightBox - how'd they do it?

    • Does anyone know how yootheme accomplished the new "any content goes" lightbox used on their March template? I let my membership over there lapse, since I haven't like any of their templates since firefly. But that lightbox is something I've been having a hell of a time with (using JCE Utilities for external URLs).

Edit: I now see that they're using Shadowbox mjijackson.com/shadowbox/ to do it. So I guess it's just a matter of figuring out how to integrate that into Joomla - but it's beyond me.

    • Thanks for the info, but it doesn't seem to work for me. Links just open in the same browser tab/window - no popup. I uploaded the Mediabox folder to my default template directory, added the code to my template index.php and formed my links using the syntax of the tutorial.

    • Then there's likely a script conflict somewhere...especially likely if you are using an RT template and/or other modules that load scripts such as Mootools, Scriptaculous or Flash.
