I am trying to find a way to make a popup at the top of the screen. I don't mean a real popup that opens another window. Just an effect that will slide down from the top if the person is registered or logged on. Something that would say 'We see you haven't registered yet! Click here to sign up or login'
Has anyone came across something like this?
