Long favicon in firefox address bar?

Not to sound like a complete id10t but can someone tell me how to get my site to show up in Firefox's address bar like this (paypal)? Honestly I'm not even sure what that area is called. I understand and do favicons but can't seem to figure this out.

This really was a legit question. I've noticed that some sites generate a long favicon area in firefox and others do not (i.e. Rockettheme). Just trying to track down the process.

- Hi Dave, I think that has something to do with SSL. On my end that icon is green and when I click it, it pops up a statement from Verisign...

Yup. SSL related.
The favicon is the same, but the newer browsers show who the SSL cert belongs to, and it just looks like a different favicon.
