    multiple sub-domains

Posted 15 years 7 months ago
    • Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can give me some guidance on the following:

      Basically on my server i have http://<ip address>/demo/maths/ and http://<ip address>/demo/english/ set up. I also have 2 sub-domains e.g. maths.example.com and english.example.com .

My question is how can i get each sub-domain to point to the correct location above so when users type maths.example.com it takes them to http://<ip address>/demo/maths/ but in the address bar it show the sub-domain name and not the IP address?

      Thank you in advance
      GD

    • Hi,

If you pm me with the subdomain addresses and the addreses you want them to point to, I will create for you some htaccess mod-rewrite rules that you can use.
