Hi,
Im looking for hours now and im wondering if im allowed to create a website ( a blog ) that contains lots and lots of rapidshare links. I will not host any of the movies or games people can download, the rapidshare servers do. I only provide links to rapidshare where people can download the movies and games from.
Is this allowed or not?
I cant find it anywhere as I dont want to start this website and then be sued or be jailed or anything scary like that! Does anybody have any experience with this kind of thing before? Please share your thoughts and comments.

I think you'll be hard pressed to find a reputable host that will allow you to do so.
Take a look around at different hosts' Terms of Service agreements.
Of course, they all say you can not host any type of ileagal files on their servers, but in addition, most will say that linking to these types are also in violation of their policy.
You might be able to get away with it for a while but you may get your account suspended or deleted, etc... - Thanks,
