I tried it out, it seemed to work ok using Bentobox template.
I removed it partly because I couldn't figure out the licencing situation, on J! Extensions it says it's a free licence, but on Azrul it seems to indicate otherwise.

I had it running - Gravatar seems slow though..
But besides that worked like a charm.
