403 Error Won't Redirect - Gives Horrible screen

One one of my sites, at
www.icponline.org
, if I click on Members Area, it gives me a screen headed with "403 Error - You are not authorised to view this resource." The Members Area is for Registered people only, so it should not let them in, but that message is not a good look.
On my other sites, e.g. www.aspa.asn.au , doing the same sort of thing gives a more pleasant message with a redirect to the section page, and it looks like they are still on the website, with the various modules on the left and right, etc.
How can I fix the ugly one?
