- Sorry guys, but we did post on the blog, twitter, the promotions page, etc. We do our best to get this information out short of sending emails to every user. And really it's not possible to retroactively adjust for this discount (which is why there is a notice on both the promotions and blog item about it).

Fair but it would have been appropriate to also mention it while renewing the membership. I do not use twitter (a more American phenomenon than Scandinavian) and I do not usually read your blog
Anyway I guess some members get the benefit. Others dont.
