Other template and extension developers understood long before January 11th that Joomla 1.6 would be released soon and kept on top of things. I find it very hard to believe that the people behind Community Builder, Kunena, Phoca, etc. and a couple of your competitors just threw something together and released it on January 12th.
I'm not a happy/gullible/naive/push-over customer like a few other here.

Would you please consider that
K2 and Zoo
are not ported yet to J1.6.
Most of yoo's extensions (tools) are not ported ...
(and probably never will)
Both are equal in terms of complexity compared to Gantry.
Gantry goes a lot deaper than the Warp-framework for example.
And as ANDY said: better do things right instead of rushing things ...

Gantry is a beauty.. And to make it work properly you need to like double check maybe tripple check all the codes. So it working perfectly. And then porting a first theme and those extensions that is used in the theme. You all see where that is going..

I am happy no hurry. Joomla 1.6 is out OK but is it Ready remember 1.5 first release not fun.... No i think i am happy to sit back and watch for the stable version 2 to come out after all the bugs.
