Not delayed with the current release schedule. We want to make themes that push limits, and that doesn't happen if we stick to a preset deadline each month. We have yet to fail to release a theme every month.
IN FACT... if you count Helium, which is a new FREE theme we released a week or two ago, we got two themes this month. -

Howdy,
So here's the deal with video. You can use whatever video size you want. For our RocketLauncher, we went with a very basic 1280x720p video encoded with a relatively low bitrate. This made the file size small. Looping makes a short clip appear a lot longer.
Nothing in the theme is influencing the size or speed of the video file. We recommend just running your video through a compressor that keeps the file size low without hurting quality too much. Short clips make a difference, as well.
