Another Service Messed Up My Site

Hello,
I'm a novice at Joomla, but even I don't think I could have done what this other service did. They offered a template I wanted, and also offered to load it on my site for a low price - 50.00. I said yes, because I was very busy. Big mistake. They totally messed up the backend, and now I can't reload Artio-sef, Uddeim mailboxes, and a number of other things that have totally screwed up the site. I can't change or move anything. I can't find the components, modules, plugins to change, nor can I reinstall anything to fix it.
The time it took for me to get them to fix the other things they mucked up was so long that I've written off talking with them anymore.
If there is someone here who can take a look at my site and tell me how to fix this mess, it would be much appreciated. I've been working on it and getting some things done, but the whole CSS and html think is very intimidating, and I just don't know how to clean up, remove or modify components.
My website is www.hepcmo.org . We'll be renewing our subscription next month, as we are awaiting funding for the next year.

P.S. If there is someone here who is capable of cleaning this up, we'll gladly pay them to help us get it right.
