2 websites - both get hacked

Hi!
I has set up joomla with rockettheme on 2 different websites, and both get hacked. I think its malware and you will be used for sending mails. Checked that via "cmd" and netstat, a loooooot of smtp servers....
They add a code in index pages and scripts. I also found images and a viagra html on the ftp-server....
Are there bots, which search for joomla pages, which have bad security settings? Could please anybody tell me what to do?
I'm so happy that kaspersky run on my pc @ work and blocked that...

First you need to contact your host provider to see if this server was compromised.
It could have been another site on the server your on that got compromised and your site got compromised due to that.
Most host providers can restore your site to a day before the attack.
Then be sure you not using any 3rd party components that might have vulnerabilities and your running the latests Joomla version.
