  • akeeba backup and localhost

    • I am trying to upload Akeeba backup on my localhost (cms extension manager). However the akeeba file (.zip) is not accepted as a package file and also the install URL is nor accepted.

      No problem to upload akeeba when the cms is hosted on a web werver. But on the localhost it seems problematic. Any tips for me?

    • Not sure. I'm not the server guy. Check if these two paths in your configuration.php in the joomla root are correct:
      var $log_path
      var $tmp_path
