- I installed the full fresh joomla package and the sample data for the Terran Tribune template. It comes up when i go the home page but when I try to change the color of the template from the admin template manager the change looks like it takes but it doesn't change on the front end. The params.ini file seems to be updating. Can someone please help me!!??

- Could you please clear your Joomla caches as well as your browser caches and your browser cookies too?
