panacea template not working on pages other than home page

I have found that the panacea template on my site:
www.raincoindustries.com
do not display the template form on the pages other than the home page. For example, if you choose blog from the main menu, the next page is displayed but without the template.
Can you please look into this for me?

- You need to rename "htaccess.txt" -> ".htaccess" and turn on Use mod_rewrite in your global configuration. (That is, if your server is configured with mod_rewrite)
