Help - my flash header is not showing

Hi .. it is my first time using joomla and the rocket theme templates.. I downloaded the Kinetic template and installed to my joomla, but the flash header and all images are not showing?
How can i fix this.. thank you very much

What is the URL of your site? What is the location of your Flash .swf file? Can you view the Flash movie separately from the site if you type the URL directly into your browser? Have you checked the syntax of your object and embed tags?
