I managed to sort out the issue with the back-end errors. I just uploaded all the files from the RocketLauncher (except configuration.php and the installation folder)
So that's good, I then upgraded gantry to 3.0.8.
I was even able to uninstall and re-install the rokstories module with no errors, but unfortunately it is still not working properly, it still appears like the screenshot in my last post.
But I'm very happy my site is not broken
I was this close to just rebuilding the whole thing lol. Seems like this is the only issue now.

I also followed the steps in this tutorial

then emptied my browser cache, but no luck rokstories is still not working

hi chris,
the gcalendar comnponent is using jquery which is causing a conflict with mootools which is used in our extensions and templates.
for a test, can you unpublish the component?

lol I had a feeling you might say that, as per your tutorial mentioned above.. But I have disabled the gcal component, modules and plug-ins, still no good.
It's strange. I just noticed the menu dropdowns are not animating either, which is a pretty solid indicator of a motools issue, yes?
