  • 500 Internal Server Error

    • I've recently joined RocketTheme as a Club member and am not able to install the Quantive template package to an existing Joomla site. I'm trying to instal this file: rt_quantive_j15.tgz
      Are there any known issues? I've attached a screen shot.

      I previously installed the Quasar template to another site the same way and didn't have any problems.

    • That error is too generic to be useful but you could get that if you have missing files or if the server software is not up-to-date with PHP and such.
    • Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

      A template is only as good as the content that goes into it ;) - DanG

    • Thank you. It may have been a problem with the FTP access, which has been fixed.
      Now, the install begins, but I received another error. I'll start a new topic.
