    • Hi, I rec'd this error when trying to install Quantive (rt_quantive_j15.tgz) using the template installation function:


      JFile::read: Unable to open file: '/tmp/gzip4c698811dcc67'
      Unable to read archive

      Warning: fopen(/tmp/gzip4c698811dcc67) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/j/a/s/.../html/..../libraries/joomla/filesystem/file.php on line 240
      Unable to find install package.

    • This is a bit difficult to debug but it could be a bad download. Try a different browser.
      If it still not working then it might be a bad Joomla install or permissions issues. Last thing to check is the amount of memory allowed for PHP :)
