How to duplicate affinity frontpage

Hello,
I would like to configure the Affinity tamplate like it looks in the demo. I don't want to use the rocketlouncher installation, because I have to configurate the database and I guess it would be easier if I make the changes on the template.
So, I would like to know if there is somewhere instructions, like this I found about grounge theme: 'how to duplicate the GRUNGE demo frontpage'. Or let me know please the steps to do after installations. I guess I should install all the extensions first but then what. Just configurate the template changing the menus? Or it would be easier if I install the rocketlauncher using the written-tutorials?

Install a spare copy of the template using the Rocket Launcher and the sample data for reference.
Having access to the back end, you can see how everything is organized and coded.

I purchased the theme this evening for $50, but I don't have permission to click on the link you posted above. I have modifed the Affinity settings, but can't get the showcase widget to work. Help!
