Admin Menu Bar Choices are Disabled

I installed Kinetic but the Top Admin Menu Bar choices appear but can not be clicked since they somehow became Disabled and non-functional. The Icon based choices just below the Top Admin Menu Bar are just fine but the choices in the Menu Bar like: Site Menu Content Components Extensions... etc. are not even turning my arrow pointer into a gloved hand as they should if they were all selectable. What gives?
Using Joomla 1.5 with an off-the-shelf Kinetic Template Rocket Launcher based installation. Everything else seems fine.

- It seems the problem is not related to the template as the trouble happens in your Joomla admin panel. Did you install any admin extension recently?

- Don't think so. What are some of the typical Admin Extensions? What if the php version or the MySQL version used by my host was a bit out of date? How would I check for that, if this was a possibility?

To check the PHP, MySQL version, and other server configuration, you can go to your admin panel: Help > System Info.
In case you can't access it because you said the toolbar is broken, you can go to this direct link:
YOUR-Site-HERE.COM/administrator/index.p...m_admin&task=sysinfo
Please also ensure you are using the latest version of Joomla.
