Posts to certain categories throws my frontpage off

Been using the Infuse template since it first came out. Noticed that when I post to certain categories the front page and/or Category blog view will get a skewed. There might be a fix or post related to this, but I dont have access since I didnt renew my subscription (enjoy this template, and dont have a need for a change).
The entire right position moves all the way under my last front page posting forcing the page to be much longer and obviously skewed.
Any thoughts/help? Im a novice.
