- I installed this template but do not see how I can change the color setting (other than selecting a different them style) as you can with Panacea. Can you tell me if there is something else that I should have installed in order to enable this capability with the template?

Assuming you are using Joomla, follow these steps:
Extensions > Templates > Omnicron-Default > Style Tab > CSS Style Menu Option > Select "Style" from options 1 - 9.
