database error

Hi all,
My schoolsite ( http://www.laurenscollege.nl ) has been up and running for a couple of weeks now and everything went perfect until... today!
Every hour the site goes offline for quit a while and i see the following error message:
Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:User 'laurenscollege' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 40000) SQL=SET sql_mode = 'MYSQL40'
The weird thing is, I haven't even touched the site in the last couple of days. It might be worth oticing that I haven't got any knowlegde of php and/or mysql.

- I suggest you talk to your webhost about it.
