HELP!
Im running a Joomla 1.5.20 install with Dominion templates on an IIS server so I have seo urls =yes, apache re-write=no, add suffix= yes.
I have a few templates assigned to different sections of the site. Was working fine until today.
I deleted some unused modules from the site and now my site is broken. Published (and yes existing ) modules aren't showing up. When I turn seo urls = no the site works fine again. i wouldnt normally go with a Windows server and Im completely stumped. Could it be a SQL problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have much knowledge about IIS setting but I found this link about setting IIS with Joomla SEF.
