ReFreshing Joomla menu in PHPBB3 template

Hi,
I have the Verstaility 4 Joomla! & PHPBB3 templates in use on a client's site. I've made some changes to the main menu in Joomla! and would like to see those reflected in the PHPBB3 copies of the same menu.
It doesn't seem to happen automatically and I don't see any obvious way to refresh the PHPBB3 copy of the menu which seems to be in splitmenu.html

You may have an older version of the template and of RokBB installed.
If it's a version before the RokNavMenu Exporter was released, these are the instructions for updating the menu...which is done manually...

Hi Ben,
Many thanks but I can't actually read that document as it's not in the Joomla! part of the forum. I think we are using Versatility 4 from about a year ago.

PS In the end I just hacked the splitmenu.html file to add the extra items. Not elegant but it worked OK.
