    • Hi,

      I have completed an install of the Crystalline Joomla template, which went without any hitches. However, when I view the site, the following error message is displayed at the top of the page:

      Unable to write "overlay.css" in the "/css" folder

      When I Google that error message, I get a ton of other sites coming up that have the same error message...but no "fixes" listed.

      The permissions to the Joomla folders listed under Help\System Info are set to "writable".
      Any idea on how to solve this one? Thanks!

    • This is likely a permissions issue for the directories and files for the template. Most hosts require directory permissions of 755 and file permissions of 644.
