500 Error When Navigating Site

- I've been with the same host for a while, but recently they made some changes to my server and now for some reason I'm getting a 500 error when attempting to browse my site. The home page loads and fine and I have no problem adding articles, but when I click on a menu item or a new article, I get a 500 error. The site is www.down-south.com , any idea what might be causing this? I thought it may be a mod_rewrite issue, but .htaccess looks fine as does all the configuration.

- So...Does it work if you turn off the SEF completely?
