- Dont worry,, I wouldnt even know how to make a database to start with ,,, just read more of the instructions,,, way to hard,, I sew for a living LOL,,, only doing this because of the situation im in, so very steep learning curve for me

- If you log into your cpanel, you can create a new database, with a new user and password there's also usually a database wizard that walks you through the process.

Rich,,, do I have to delete anything before I create a new database? oh this is nerve racking to say the least

Ok Thanks, do you think that someone who doesnt know anything about what half this stuff even means should be able to follow the instruction given by JEM and be able to actually achieve this correctly,,, honest answer please I will not be offended
if its not a great idea me attempting this, how possible would it be if I asked if you could do it for me? if its even possible to go into someone else account I dont know,, I would even pay for your time?

Here's a DB tutorial:

In the first post I linked, it shows what files you should delete.
It also explains how to dump the tables on your current DB.
You can do that or create a new one. In any case, two points, you root where you upload or extract the RL files has to be clean, and it needs a clean DB, or a new one.
You can dump the the tables in the existing one, or create a new one and ignore the old one.
You can do it!!
