SOLVED Renaming a template

    • Absolutely - keep a not-renamed version.

I'll try the apps you suggest for the next custom build. Thanks! I actually got my hands on Espresso recently - looks like a better option than Dashcode, which I've been using for most coding work.

    • Hmmmmm...

I tried to search for "rt_gantry" inside the folder for a site using Espresso AND Sublime-Text-2. I did this on a site where I had not made any modifications to the Gantry template, other than content and CSS changes - searching from the root level. It said "No results" in both instances - and displayed the correct total number of files in the site folder.

I'm checking the help files on these apps, but it doesn't say anything about specifying a global search other than what I've done. Any suggestions?

    • Both have a "project"-feature.
So you can do a project search and replace.

In Sublime you can limit that even for folders

    • Yup - that's what I'm doing. In Espresso I drop in the folder for the whole site, and search the project files. No results.

In Sublime I open the folder and see all the files. Search all files with correct file path shown. No results.
