    I can't access template control panel

    • Hi,

      I fresh install a template via Roketlauncher, when finish, I delete the installation folder and the site work ok. When I try to modify the template via control panel, I can't acces...

      Yes, I can't acces to the control pannel in any template that I install. I tested to install (via roketlauncher) some template in 3 diferent servers.

      When I click :

      Extensions>Template Manager>rt_paradox_j15

      I acces to a static page that say:

      Details

      Name : rt_paradox_j15

      Description: Paradox Joomla Template

      Paradox Overview

      Paradox for Joomla is a RocketTheme Joomla Template Club release featuring the revolutionary Gantry Joomla Template Framework, developed exclusively by RocketTheme to enable flexible and highly extensible template development.

      Definition of Gantry

      gan·try (gan′trē) noun .......... etc.

      I can attach screenshots if you want.

    • I install (via roketlauncher) Paradox Template, it has the 3.1.5 of Gantry.

    • It is probably a permissions issue. Please check the Joomla admin.

      They should all be marked as green, not red.

    • I'm having the exact same issue with Modulus, i'm positive it is a permissions issue but can't for the life of me work out what file/folder is having set wrong! Any ideas?

    • Go to Help > System info > Directory permissions

      All those should be marked as writable.
