    Remove un-used templates

Posted 14 years 3 months ago
    • Hi all,
I am curious as to why the old templates are included in the Rocketlauncher installs.

Are they required for functionality or can I simply remove them?

      Thanks

    • They're sometimes good for troubleshooting. That said, they have nothing to do with the functionality of our templates.

Yes you can remove them although i see no reason to do so. They're small and do not take much space.

    • It's just that I read on the Joomla forum that someone may have been hacked via one of the older templates.

    • I really doubt it's the template's fault. I think it's more likely that they got hacked because they were using a server that was not secure or maybe they used simple passwords. Could've been some insecure plugin too.
