Menu Display Issues with Moxy Navigation

Hello Everyone,
My question maybe just a simple little coding fix but I am working with the Moxy Template. Everything works fine in Google Chrome, Firefox.
My issues comes into view when it comes to previewing it inside Internet Explorer.
The look and feel is not the same and strange things that appear:
- The slider gets stuck off to the left of the page and the little triangles for the dropdowns look funky kind a like just a dot like part of the image is not displaying in the browser.
Has anyone experienced IE issues with Moxy? I have the most current version
My IE version is: 8.0.7600
My Joomla Verions is: 1.5.22
My Template Version is: rt_moxy_j15 I used the Rocket Launcher to install this template, as I am looking at the demo online it seems to work right in IE so I am thinking it may just be something in my CSS file.
I have tested this on other machines and it does the same exact thing.
Thank You in advance for any help or ideas on how to fix this, we are trying to go live come January 1st
Updated: from what I am finding out from other conversations in the forum this may have something to do with Microsoft Word, even though I am using
EDITOR: JCE 1.5.7.4
- Content was pulled from our current site to our new site and all I did was copy and past.
It should strip any Microsoft code, I don't have anything I can see in the code yet however I am looking into a Plugin that may clean all the code automatically to rule this out called:
PT Content Cleaner Plugin for Joomla from progtutor.com ??? Has anyone used this before?
