Hi all....Setting up a new site and it's hosted with GoDaddy. Not sure if this is there problem but my ftp settings don't save and I get these errors each time....
* JFTP::connect: Could not connect to host "" on port 21
* JClientHelper::setCredentialsFromRequest failed
* JFTP::connect: Could not connect to host "184.168.238.1" on port 21
* JFTP::connect: Could not connect to host "184.168.238.1" on port 21
* JFTP::connect: Could not connect to host "184.168.238.1" on port 21
Any advice? I installed the template physically through my FTP client instead, but now want to install RokBox and not sure how to manually install if I can't go through the Joomla installer. Any help is appreciated!

- Thanks for the PM. I gave it a go but this really is a matter of the configuration of GoDaddy's servers. Having said that with the FTP Layer disabled it should install and upload fine. If you have problems I would contact GoDaddy support, or find a host (there are lots) that is Joomla friendly.

Thanks for trying. I see it is disabled now and when I try to install it says...
There is already a folder called '/home/content/91/7158491/html/plugins/system/rokbox.php'. Please initially check whether:
• the Extension is already installed
I actually see the folder up there through my ftp client and it is in plugins, but not showing up anywhere under extensions.

Yupp. I just checked and you have the latest versions of the two plugins needed to run RokBox.
