Template Unwritable

I purchased the Panacea Template here. When I am in the administrator panel, and go to Extensions / Template Manager, and I click on rt_panacea_j15. At the Top, right of the Template Manager panel in the Parameters section I am getting this message: The parameter file /templates/rt_panacea_j15/params.ini is unwritable!
When I go down to change Article Style it is grey. How do I fix this?

- I got the Host to re-set permissions. Now it says Writable, but the Article Style in the Template Manager is still grayed out. I can't change the articles. Everything else has a pull-down menu of selections, but not on Article Style. Any thoughts?

Did you go through the list of trouble shooting tips from Kat in the link I posted above? If you have walked through each of those and this is still an issue and If you like, you can PM me super admin and FTP login info.
