How to restore my password of administrator user in Joomla?

How can i restore my administrator user password from my database?
It's normal have some problems when the newbie begin in joomla, for example: if your lost your password after of realize the joomla installation, or if you don't remember your password of the administrator user for other kind of situation.
Inside my experience, the best solution it's change your password since the database when you have your administrator user in joomla. Exist a lot of manual that talk about this theme, but i decided build one by my self.
So, it's a good experience for the user newbie in joomla, in this way you could know more about the world of joomla, and how to solve it some typicals problems in the middle of this space. So, here we go:
Steps:
1- Ingress to your database where are the information of for your joomla site and look for the table:
jos_users
the name “jos_users” with the prefix it's normal in joomla, you have the possibility to change this prefix in a previous installation of joomla, but in some of the general case, the most use prefix is “jos_”.
2- After to do the first step, look for the name of the administrator user, the most general is “admin” and clic it to edit. -You can use myphpAdmin-
3- Look for the field tha say: “password”, clear the field.
4- Create a new password using md5.
You can do it in this website:
md5.gromweb.com/
5- Cut the password encrypted by md5 and paste in the password field of the administrator user.
6- Save it changes.
Hope to help for the newbies in joomla, and to other person that didn't know how to restore a password of a superadministrator in Joomla.
