Second Nav. not show properly, help Needed !

Hi
I have a problem with my second nav menu showing on the right-hand side. ( cobweb.ie ) As you can see, there is a list called 'SEO List Menu' and it has 4 different items, each item linked to an article, the problem is this that the list menu only shows on 'Search engine optimisation ' page, and i cant figure out how to show it on other 3 pages. Please help. Thanks in advance.
