update went wrong

Hi
I recently updated my joomla and also my virtuemart and only now noticed the main scroller of products no longer works, the width of main body of site is wrong and the main portion of site no longer flicks between the two categories.
I have paid for a 6 month sub to your club in the hope somebody can help me restore my site to how it was as the guy who helped me originally is no longer available and he was a member here.
the site is www.primusat.co.uk and the template is Mynnxx.

- how do you disable the mootools plugin, on my site running the Tachyon J1.5 rocketlauncher, it wont let you select that component to even remove it...
